Coupez-les finement (ou utilisez un mixeur)<br>&#8211; Epluchez l&rsquo;oignon puis \u00e9mincez-le finement (ou mixez)<br>&#8211; Dans un saladier m\u00e9langez la farine et la levure puis incorporez les oeufs, le lait, l&rsquo;huile. M\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. Ajoutezle fromage, les fanes, l&rsquo;oignon et assaisonnez.<br>&#8211; Dans un moule \u00e0 cake huil\u00e9 et farin\u00e9, versez le m\u00e9lange. Enfournez et laissez cuire 45min \u00e0 180\u00b0C (th.6). A la fin de la cuisson, v\u00e9rifiez la cuisson avec la lame d&rsquo;un couteau. Si elle ressort s\u00e8che, votre cake est cuit.<\/p>\n<p>Le cake aux fanes de carotte peut se servir chaud avec de la salade et un filet de vinaigrette au vinaigre balsamique.
