Ses nombreux bienfaits en font un excellent protecteur de l&rsquo;organisme.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Nous vous proposons cette semaine une recette \u00e9tonnante et savoureuse de radis marin\u00e9s au saveurs d&rsquo;Asie.<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 botte de radis<\/li>\n<li>4 c-\u00e0-s de sauce soja<\/li>\n<li>2 c-\u00e0-s de sucre<\/li>\n<li>3 c-\u00e0-s de vinaigre balsamique<\/li>\n<li>2 c-\u00e0-c d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n<li>2 c-\u00e0-c d&rsquo;huile neutre<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail press\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1 c-\u00e0-c de gingembre frais<\/li>\n<li>Poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lavez et \u00e9queutez les radis.<\/li>\n<li>Un \u00e0 un, \u00e9crasez-les sous la lame d&rsquo;un gros\u00a0 couteau de cuisine (comme pour les gousses d&rsquo;ail). Attention ! le but n&rsquo;est pas de les r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e mais simplement de les fissurer pour que la marinade puisse p\u00e9n\u00e9trer compl\u00e8tement. R\u00e9servez.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la marinade et ajoutez 4 c-\u00e0-s d&rsquo;eau.
